The atelier

Your day,in calm hands.

We take care of the logistics, the suppliers and the hundred small decisions, so that you can spend the months before your wedding simply looking forward to it.

Manifesto

We believe a wedding should feel effortless, like the best evening of your life that simply happened to go perfectly. So we begin on a blank page, with the small, true things: how you met, the song from that first summer, the people you can’t imagine the day without. Everything else is detail, considered twice.

Three ways to work together

  1. I.

    The Full Composition

From the first conversation to the last dance. The venue, the concept, every supplier, every guest and every minute of the day, held in one pair of hands.

    • Venue scouting and site visits
    • Concept, palette and stationery direction
    • Supplier curation and contracts
    • Guest management and timeline
    • Our full team on the day
  2. II.

    The Partial Edit

You have begun beautifully; we refine and complete it. Design direction, the suppliers still missing, and a calm hand through the final months.

    • A review of everything planned so far
    • Design refinement and styling
    • Remaining suppliers, sourced
    • Coordination on the day
  3. III.

    The Day Itself

You planned it. We make sure it unfolds exactly that way, so the only thing left for you to do is be there.

Note: Safety pins, tissues, spare buttons: always in our bag.

    • Handover in the final weeks
    • A minute-by-minute run of show
    • On-site team from setup to farewell

The notebook

How a day comes together

  1. Twelve months beforeA first conversation, over coffee or across a screen. We listen far more than we talk.
  2. Ten monthsThe concept: a setting, a palette, a feeling. Venue visits, together.
  3. Six monthsSuppliers chosen with care, stationery designed, the guest list taking shape.
  4. The final monthEvery detail confirmed, then confirmed again. A run of show, minute by minute.
  5. The dayWe hold everything quietly in the background. You simply arrive.

Note: We’re the ones in comfortable shoes.

“We were afraid we’d spend our own wedding day managing it. Instead, we were simply there. Ivana had thought of everything, even the things that would never have crossed our minds.”
